Austin PAL hosted a trick or treat soccer tourmanent on Oct. 28th 2017 at Onion Creek Soccer complex. The event drew in hundreds of elementary kids as well as their parents. Austin Police Officer Paula Aguilar organizes free youth soccer for elementary aged kids and forms teams for each school. The kids had a chance to compete against each other during friendly matches. Kids were encouraged to wear a costume, trick or treat for candy, and have fun. Austin PAL focuses on bridging the gap between cops and kids through fun educational and athletic activities. "We're giving these kids an opportunity to have fun, make friends, and hang out with Officers," said Officer Aguilar.
